Where separate consent is required (for example, marketing communications), we will obtain your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before processing.

- Warranty: By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents and provided appropriate notices to end users for search-library use.
- Respond to rights requests: You remain the Data Fiduciary for end-user data and must honour access, correction, erasure, and consent-withdrawal requests. Use QuantaRoute support or erasure tools when removal from QuantaRoute systems or the search library is required.
Checkout merchants must also comply with the Checkout Data Processing Addendum, which includes search-library obligations for buyer address data.
Excluded data: You must not rely on QuantaRoute to filter personal identifiers at submission time for library indexing. QuantaRoute excludes email, mobile, personal name, flat number, floor number, and address label from the search library, but you should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data and must not instruct us to index excluded fields.
Opt-out: You may opt out of contributing end-user address data to the search library by contacting hello@quantaroute.com. Service delivery (geocoding, Checkout) continues; only search-library contribution is disabled prospectively.
